REFUND/RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY

REFUNDS
There will be NO REFUNDS! We will offer 10 days to make EXCHANGES ONLY if the item has not been worn or damaged. No exchanges on swimsuits. You can also receive store credit with a code that you can use for future purchases. You have 90 days to use your store credit, after the 90-day mark your code will no longer be valid.
SHIPPING
Chas Classy Boutique is based in Georgia, (USA). All orders require a processing time up to 24 hours. United States Postal Service "USPS" is our preferred shipping carrier within the United States and other countries. All orders within the U.S. will be shipped FIRST CLASS OR  PRIORITY MAIL within 3-4 business days after the order has been placed. For holiday orders, please allow 5-7 business days before the order is shipped. Once the package has been received by the post office, a tracking number will be provided. All packages over $50 will require a signature from USPS. If your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying an additional  shipping fee to have the package shipped out again. If your tracking information states that the package was successfully delivered and/or signed for, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE to send a replacement package. You must contact your local USPS office and open a claim. We are NOT responsible for delivery delays due to mishandling by the carrier, incorrect address or delays due to weather conditions.
